In this study, we analyze the convergence rate of Adagrad with momentum for non-convex optimization problems. We establish first dimension-independent under (L0,L1)-smoothness assumption, which is a generalization standard L-smoothness. show O(1/T) bounded noise in stochastic gradients, where bound can scale current optimality gap and gradient norm.
Oxidative stress is related to the synthesis of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which cause skin aging. The protective effects mangiferin derived from Anemarrhena asphodeloides were investigated against hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2))-induced damage using human keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells. Mangiferin was found scavenge intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), superoxide radicals, and hydroxyl radicals. ROS regulate MMPs gene expression activation proenzymes. inhibited H(2)O(2)-induced...
Human tuberculosis, which is caused by the pathogen Mycobacterium remains a major public health concern. Increasing drug resistance poses threat of disease resurgence and continues to cause considerable mortality worldwide, necessitates development new drugs with improved efficacy. Thymoquinone (TQ), an essential compound Nigella sativa, was previously reported as active anti-tuberculosis agent. In this study, effects TQ on intracellular mycobacterial replication are examined in macrophages....
Ursolic acid (3-β-3-hydroxy-urs-12-ene-28-oic-acid; UA) is a triterpenoid carboxylic with various pharmaceutical properties. It commonly found in apples, basil, berries, rosemary, peppermint, lavender, oregano, thyme, hawthorn and prunes. In the present study, activities of UA against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv‑induced release panel inflammatory cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β IL-6 from RAW 264.7 murine macrophages, A549 alveolar epithelial...
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Laurus nobilis chloroform fraction (LNCF) protects against cerebral ischemia neuronal damage. Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells and brain slices from rats were subjected oxygen glucose deprivation (OGD), followed by reoxgenation with without LNCF. viabilities 58.5±4.9% 79.7±5.9% in group OGD, 80.4±0.4% 97.2±1.9% at 4 µg/ml LNCF, respectively. LNCF also significantly inhibited death-associated protein kinase (DAPK) dephosphorylation....
Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), which is a primary cytokine responsible for inflammatory responses in skin, induces the synthesis of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), causes skin aging. The protective effects 3-deoxysappanchalcone against TNF-α-induced damage was investigated using human keratinocytes. results showed that inhibited MMP-9 expression at protein and mRNA level, by blocking activation activator protein-1 (AP-1) nuclear kappa B (NF-κB). Taken together, inhibitory activity on...
Alveolar epithelial cells have been functionally implicated in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. This study investigated the role of ursolic acid (UA)-a triterpenoid carboxylic with potent antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tuberculosis properties mycobacterial infection alveolar A549 cells. We observed that M. successfully entered Cytotoxi-city was mediated by nitric oxide (NO). toxicity peaked along NO generation 72 h after The generated insufficient to kill...
