Abstract: We present a 14‐month‐old female child who developed multiple erythematous nodules on her abdomen 5 months after liver and small bowel transplantation. Skin biopsy revealed dense infiltrate of large cells in the dermal subcutaneous layers with frequent mitotic figures. The were noted to have abundant cytoplasm, prominent nucleoli, open chromatin. Immunohistochemical stains positive for CD138, CD56, Ki67 (>90%), lambda chain restriction. Rare mature B (CD20) rare T (CD3) noted....

Depigmentation in vitiligo occurs by progressive loss of melanocytes from the basal layer skin, and can be psychologically devastating to patients. T cell-mediated autoimmunity explains nature this disease. Rather than being confronted with periods rapid depigmentation bouts repigmentation, patients long-standing, treatment-resistant undergo treatment. Cutaneous epithelioid angiomatous nodule (CEAN) is a recently described rare vascular proliferation. Although this neoplasm more commonly reported as solitary papule or on the trunk extremities, eruptive patterns have been reported. We report an eruptive, slowly progressive case of CEAN that shows some shared features other cutaneous proliferations. diagnosis may be challenging, careful evaluation clinical and histopathologic should allow correct classification.

The immunopathological mechanism of pemphigus foliaceus acantholysis remains controversial. Previous workers have found that IgG autoantibodies are reactive with the epidermal surface and capable blister induction. presence complement components in lesions also suggests their potential role this disease. Complement participation, however, has not been clearly demonstrated. We describe a case (PF) 58-year old woman which was confirmed by histopathological studies, ELISA assay on recombinant...
