Tularemia is a zoonotic disease caused by Francisella tularensis. tularensis transmitted to humans direct contact or ingestion of infected animal tissues, through the bite arthropods, consumption contaminated food water, from inhalation aerolized bacteria. In this report we describe 2 cases with oropharyngeal tularemia who presented tonsillopharyngitis and cervical lymphadenitis.
