患者女,19岁.因上腹部隐疼不适2个月余,继而发现腹内肿物于2002年9月来本院就诊.体检:全身浅表淋巴结无肿大,体表无肿物,左上腹内触及一实性包块,活动度差,压疼.其他部位未发现异常.腹部CT扫描示胃后有一10 cm×7 cm肿块影,密度不均,与胰腺界线不清.术中所见:肿物与胰腺连为一体,共一包膜,并与胃后壁、十二指肠及横结肠粘连,尚能分离,胃、肠及其他器官未见肿物,术中将胰腺肿物切除。

Objective To explore the influence of glucose-lowering rate on left ventricular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases 135 coronary heart disease (T2DM+CHD)received intensive glucose lowering therapy.
