The size effect on the ferroelectric phase transition in PbTiO3 ultra-fine particles is reported. Samples with particle sizes from 20 to 200 nm were prepared by a sol-gel process followed calcining at different temperatures. was determined X-ray diffraction integrated width of diffractions. soft-mode frequency room temperature measured Raman scattering. It decreases decreasing size. traced specific-heat measurement. and becomes diffused as decreases. dependence TC can be described...

Operator spreading, often characterized by out-of-time-order correlators (OTOCs), is one of the central concepts in quantum many-body physics. However, measuring OTOCs experimentally challenging due to requirement reversing time evolution systems. Here we apply Floquet engineering investigate operator spreading a superconducting 10-qubit chain. provides an effective way tune coupling strength between nearby qubits, which used demonstrate walks with tunable couplings, reversed evolution, and...

A short scalable biomimetic route to bioactive natural product bimagnolignan (1) was accomplished. Compound 1 successfully prepared through a three-step metal-free synthesis from honokiol (2). Alternatively, also synthesized by transformations that mimic tyrosinase in four steps. The key reactions feature regioselective acetylation, highly efficient C(sp2)–H oxidation, cascade aerobic oxidative cyclization/coupling, and Cu-catalyzed direct coupling. In addition, cell-based assays validate is...

Through investigated the consequences of involucrasins for possible prevention COVID-19 by molecular docking using Autodock Vina and dynamics (MD) simulations Gromacs2020 software. Docking results showed that ligands bound tightly to Delta variant, Omicron angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) protein, while dynamic revealed ability bind ACE2. In addition, were able inhibit binding between RBD (Delta variant or Omicrion variant) SARS-CoV-2 S protein ACE2 through bilayer interferometry (BLI)...
