Heterobimetallic lanthanide/sodium phenoxides were found to be efficient catalysts for amidation of aldehydes with amines under mild conditions. The reactivity follows the order Nd < Y Sm metals and 2,6-(Me)2C6H3O 2,6-(iPr)2C6H3O 2,6-(tBu)2C6H3O phenoxide groups. In comparison corresponding monometallic complexes, heterobimetallic complexes show higher activity a wider range scope amines. A cooperation lanthanide sodium in this process is proposed contribute high present catalyst.

Legionella pneumophila promotes its survival and replication in phagocytes by actively modulating cellular processes using effectors injected into host cells Dot/Icm type IV secretion system. Many of these function to manipulate the ubiquitin network infected cells, thus contributing biogenesis Legionella-containing vacuole (LCV), which is permissive for bacterial replication. Among these, members SidE effector family (SidEs) catalyze ubiquitination functionally diverse proteins a mechanism...

Background: Benzoic acid is widely applied in the food field, including beverages as antimicrobial preservative due to its strong inhabitation role bacteria and yeasts. However, excessive intake of benzoic can easily cause abdominal pain diarrhea even result metabolic diseases. Hence, it important seek simple, accurate sensitive strategies detect low-trace acid. Objective: The aim this study synthesize dysprosium oxide/bismuth oxide nanocomposites using sulphate sodium bismuthate raw...

A series of neutral and anionic bis(phenolate) lanthanide amides were synthesized by general metathesis reactions, their reactivity was explored. Protolytic ligand exchange reactions MBMPH2 (MBMP = 2,2'-methylene bis(6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-phenolate)) with [Ln{N(TMS)2}2(μ-Cl)(THF)]2 (TMS SiMe3) afforded the desired bridged chlorides [(MBMP)Ln(μ-Cl)(THF)2]2 [Ln Nd (1), Yb (2)] in high isolated yields. These found to be useful precursors for synthesis corresponding derivatives. Reactions 1 2...

ABSTRACT Graphene has become an attractive reinforcing filler for rubber materials, but its dispersion in is still a big challenge. In this work, novel carbon black‐reduced graphene (CB‐RG) hybrid was fabricated and blended with styrene‐butadiene (SBR) via simple two‐roll mill mixing. The prepared CB‐RG hybrids had microstructure small CB agglomerates adsorbed onto surfaces. acted as barrier preventing the RG sheets from restacking even after drying. Homogeneous of SBR matrix observed by...
