We describe herein a case of single-port thoracoscopic right main bronchial tumor sleeve resection and secondary carinal reconstruction. A 66-year-old male patient had longer than 12 months, who been received endobronchial cryosurgery twice before. However, the relapsed quickly. Then transferred to our department.
