A novel vaccine adjuvant based on a supramolecular hydrogel of D-tetra-peptide is reported. Antigens can be easily incorporated into the by vortex or gently shaking before injection. The vaccines stimulate strong CD8+ T-cell responses, which significantly inhibits tumor growth. This expected to enable wide range sub-unit and help production antibodies.
Promising vaccine adjuvants of self‐assembling peptide hydrogels for protein ovalbumin (OVA) are introduced in this study. The formed by the enzyme phosphatase, and adjuvant potency both l ‐ d ‐peptide is evaluated. results indicate that, compared with clinically used alum adjuvant, can increase IgG production OVA about 1.3 3.8 times, respectively. Both gels enhance antigen uptake induce dendritic cell maturation, promote prolong accumulation lymph node, as well evoke germinal center...

Abnormal activation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) drives non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) development. EGFR mutations-mediated resistance to tyrosine-kinase inhibitors (TKIs) is a major hurdle for NSCLC treatment. Here, we show that F-box protein FBXL2 targets and TKI-resistant mutants proteasome-mediated degradation, resulting in suppression EGFR-driven growth. Reduced expression associated with poor clinical outcomes patients. Furthermore, glucose-regulated 94 (Grp94)...

Abstract Tissue adhesion is a common complication after surgery. In this work, dexamethasone loaded polymeric micelles in thermosensitive hydrogel composite (Dex hydrogel) was prepared, which combined the anti-adhesion barrier with controlled release of drug. Dexamethasone (Dex) encapsulated micelles) and then Dex were into biodegradable hydrogel. The obtained showed temperature-dependent sol-gel-sol phase transition behavior. could form non-flowing gel situ upon subcutaneous injection...
The combination of chemotherapy drugs and multidrug-resistant reversing agents for treating multidrug resistance in tumors has attracted increasing attention. However, the poor water solubility some anticancer restricted their clinical application. In this work, we prepared poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(ε-caprolactone) (MPEG–PCL) micelles as a codelivery system to load drug paclitaxel (PTX) agent tacrolimus (FK506). PTX- FK506-coloaded MPEG–PCL (P-F/M) were by one-step solid dispersion method...
Hydrogel is a promising vaccine delivery vehicle, and have been applied to deliver antigens adjuvants enhance the immunogenicity of antigens. However, complexity hydrogel design, high cost safety hazards immunostimulating prevented widespread applications vaccine. In this study, we developed spontaneously formed self-adjuvanted (SSH) which had both adjuvant potential ability sustained release antigen in situ. Unlike conventional vaccine, our SSH was without requirement radiant light sources...
The combination of chemotherapy drugs attracts more attention in clinical cancer trials. However, the poor water solubility chemotherapeutic restricts their anticancer application. In order to improve antitumor efficiency and reduce side effects free drugs, we prepared paclitaxel (PTX) honokiol (HK) methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(caprolactone) micelles (P-H/M) by solid dispersion method against breast cancer. particle size P-H/M was 28.7±2.5 nm, transmission electron microscope image...
Abstract Neoantigen‐based immunotherapy is a promising treatment option for many types of cancer.
