Abstract Ultrathin terahertz (THz) absorbing films are critical as building blocks for THz devices and systems. Although few‐layer Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene assemblies have approached the intrinsic absorption limit, it remains important to explore properties of other MXenes, which may elucidate mechanism THz‐matter interactions future guidance material design. In this study, eight representative MXenes with different M‐sites were systematically analyzed. Surprisingly, CT thin film direct current...

This study collected plasma samples from aged male and female Sprague Dawley rats (22–24 months old) with varying long-term dietary salt intake (low, 0.1% NaCl; normal, 0.4% or clinically relevant high salt, 1% for twelve weeks). Dementia-related biomarkers in the plasma, including amyloid-β peptide 1–42, tau protein, glial fibrillary acidic were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits. The primary outcome revealed sex differences impact of on these biomarkers.

POEMS (polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy, and skin changes) syndrome still has no standard treatment. On the basis that both myeloma have an underlying plasma cell dyscrasia, anti-myeloma therapy can be expected to useful for syndrome. Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells targeting B maturation (BCMA) been used in treatment of relapsed refractory multiple (RRMM). No cases treated with anti-BCMA CAR-T reported. Here, we, first time, report a case cells....

Background: The role of dietary salt intake in the modulation blood pressure (BP) levels is crucial, yet difficult to regulate experimentally humans due ethical considerations. Previous research has primarily focused on impact exceptionally high diets BP, which lacks clinical relevance extreme nature such diets. Therefore, this study investigates influence moderate-high BP and variability, whether there are age differences. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats (young adult, 3 months; aged 22-24...
