The pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease remains unclear that there is no cure for yet. abnormal expressions certain miRNA are closely related to the occurrence and progression disease. Here, we demonstrate miR-9-5p inhibits dopaminergic neuron apoptosis via regulation β-catenin signaling which directly targets SCRIB, a tumor suppressor gene.
