目的 探讨浆母细胞淋巴瘤(PBL)的诊治及其合并重复癌的可能机制。 方法 报道1例PBL合并胃癌患者的诊治经过,并复习国内外文献。 结果 该患者为老年男性,因头晕伴食欲减退、消瘦入院,经胃镜、骨髓穿刺活组织检查,胃体黏膜及骨髓病理检查示PBL,化疗4个疗程后PET-CT检查示淋巴瘤完全缓解,复查胃镜发现早期胃癌,化疗7个疗程后复查胃镜示胃癌病灶扩大,转消化科行胃镜下肿瘤切除。 结论 PBL是一种罕见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,合并重复癌鲜见报道,目前没有标准治疗方案,预后差,长期生存率低。
