Without employing a photocatalyst or additive, strategy has been developed for the visible-light-initiated regioselective sulfonylation/cyclization of 1,6-enynes in 2-methylTHF from sulfonyl chlorides under open-air conditions at room temperature.
By employing aerobic oxidation to aldehydes as a more effective alcohol activation strategy, ligand-free copper catalysts were found be superior than other metals in dehydrative β-alkylation of secondary alcohols and α-alkylation methyl ketones using the green alkylating reagents. Based on our mechanistic studies also supported by literature, we deduce that newly-proposed relay race process rather conventional borrowing hydrogen-type mechanisms should most possible rational mechanism for...
An efficient synthesis of 2-hetarylquinazolin-4(3H)-ones via copper-catalyzed direct aerobic oxidative amination sp3C–H bonds has been developed. This tandem oxidation–amination–cyclization transformation represents a straightforward protocol to prepare 2-hetaryl-substituted quinazolinones from easily available 2-aminobenzamides and (2-azaaryl)methanes.
A general and efficient phosphorous acid-catalyzed cyclocondensation of β-ketoesters with o-aminobenzamides via selective C-C bond cleavage leading to quinazolinones is developed. This reaction proceeds smoothly under metal- oxidant-free conditions, giving both 2-alkyl- 2-aryl-substituted in excellent yields. strategy can also be applied the synthesis other N-heterocycles, such as benzimidazoles benzothiazoles.
The nickel/photoredox dual catalysis system is an efficient conversion platform for the difunctionalization of unsaturated hydrocarbons. Herein, we disclose first nickel/photoredox-catalyzed intramolecular 1,2-arylsulfonylation allenes, which can accurately construct a C(sp2)–C(sp2) bond and C(sp3)–S bond. reaction exhibits excellent chemoselectivity regioselectivity, allowing modular conformations diverse series 3-sulfonylmethylbenzofuran derivatives. Control experiments showed that...
The radical relay provides an effective paradigm for intermolecular assembly to achieve functionalization across remote chemical bonds. Herein, we report the first 1,3-carbocarbonylation of α-carbonyl alkyl bromides two separate C═C reaction is highly chemo- and regioselective, with C(sp3)–C(sp3) bonds one C═O bond formed in a single orchestrated operation. In addition, synthesis method under mild conditions using inexpensive copper as catalyst allows facile access structurally diverse...
A sustainable method for the construction of valuable β-keto sulfones lies in reaction between vinyl azides and alkyl sulfonyl radical generated from low-cost comparatively steady bulk chemical dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) that has been developed. This strategy features mild economical conditions using inexpensive NiCl2 as catalyst H2O2 green oxidant. The conversion occurs through a sequence ordered processes consisting addition, denitrogen, hydrogen abstraction, hydrolysis. Mechanistic studies...
The rapid development and widespread application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) have raised significant concerns about safety privacy, thus requiring powerful anti-UAV systems. This survey provides an overview detection tracking methods in recent years. Firstly, we emphasize the key challenges existing delve into various methods. It is noteworthy that our study emphasizes shift toward deep learning to enhance accuracy performance. Secondly, organizes some public datasets, effective links,...
NCl is no competition: Aryl halides were tolerated in an efficient ligandless CuCl-catalyzed electrophilic amination reaction of arylboronic acids with N-chloroamides (see scheme; Ac=acetoxy). This coupling proceeded smoothly at ambient temperature, and products obtained good to excellent yields. Detailed facts importance specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”. Such documents peer-reviewed, but not copy-edited or typeset. They made available submitted by the authors....
Building bridges: Two arylimido derivatives of hexamolybdate, containing unprecedented bridging imido ligands, have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Their 1H NMR UV/Vis spectra distinguish them from related terminally coordinated derivatives. Such compounds extend the range organoimido polyoxometalate coordination chemistry, providing insight into mechanism oxo metathesis in Lindqvist polymolybdate. Supporting information for this article is available on WWW under...
Abstract Nitrogen‐containing compounds widely exist in pharmaceuticals and multifunctional materials. Thus, the development of C−N bond formation reactions is great importance synthetic chemistry. Since 2014, obvious progress has been made construction bonds via metal‐free radical C( sp 3 )−H functionalization, which one major protocols due to its high reaction activity mild conditions. To best our knowledge, there are still no exclusive reviews about through functionalization. This review...
The development of efficient and mild methods to assemble C–N bonds represents an important appealing goal in modern synthetic chemistry.
A clean and direct three-component radical 1,2-difunctionalization of various alkenes with perfluoroalkyl iodides thiosulfonates enabled by the electron donor–acceptor complex has been developed under light illumination at room temperature. The approach offers a convenient environmentally friendly route for simultaneous incorporation Csp3–Rf Csp3–S bonds, affording valuable polyfunctionalized alkane derivatives containing fluorine sulfur in satisfactory yields. Consequently, this methodology...

Spike architecture influences both grain weight and number per spike, which are the two major components of yield in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). However, complex genome influence various environmental factors pose challenges mapping causal genes that affect spike traits. Here, we systematically identified involved trait formation by integrating information on genomic variation gene regulatory networks controlling young development wheat. We 170 loci responsible for variations length,...

Transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions have emerged as one of the most attractive methods in organic synthesis recent years. However, due to inertness C-C bonds, bond activation enabled are far less common. In this work, first example palladium-Transition palladium-catalyzed ynones with aryl bromides for diarylacetylenes via C(O)-C(sp) was described. The reaction exhibited directing group-free unstrained activation, wide substrate scope, and good functional group tolerance....
