In the presented case report, we evaluated mechanism of external iliac, common femoral and superficial arterial thrombosis secondary to total hip arthroplasty. A 75-year-old female sufferd from 5.5 cm shorter left lower limb same sade coxarthritis. Next day after arthroplasty eqalisation limbs, an acute ishemia treated leg was presented.
