Using next-generation sequencing technology alone, we have successfully generated and assembled a draft sequence of the giant panda genome. The contigs (2.25 gigabases (Gb)) cover approximately 94% whole genome, remaining gaps (0.05 Gb) seem to contain carnivore-specific repeats tandem repeats. Comparisons with dog human showed that genome has lower divergence rate. assessment genes potentially underlying some its unique traits indicated bamboo diet might be more dependent on gut microbiome...

Here we present the first diploid genome sequence of an Asian individual. The was sequenced to 36-fold average coverage using massively parallel sequencing technology. We aligned short reads onto NCBI human reference 99.97% coverage, and guided by genome, used uniquely mapped assemble a high-quality consensus for 92% individual’s genome. identified approximately 3 million single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) inside this region, which 13.6% were not in dbSNP database. The incorporation of nanoparticles into thermosetting resins is seen to impart desirable dielectric properties when compared with conventional (micron-sized particulates) composites. Although the improvements are accompanied by mitigation internal charge in materials, nature interfacial region shown be pivotal determining behaviour. In particular, it that conditions and enhanced area interface changes bonding may give rise an interaction zone, which affects polarization through formation...

Using tumors containing high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide to design nanozymes is a new and effective strategy, vanadium-based nanomaterials receive increasing attention. In this paper, four kinds vanadium oxide with different valences are synthesized by simple method verify the effect valence on enzyme activity. Vanadium nanozyme-III (Vnps-III) low (V4+) exhibits good peroxidase (POD) oxidase (OXD) activities, which can effectively produce reactive oxygen species (ROS) in tumor...

Consistency and realness have always been the two critical issues of image super-resolution. While has dramatically improved with use GAN prior, state-of-the-art methods still suffer inconsistencies in local structures colors (e.g., tooth eyes). In this paper, we show that these can be analytically eliminated by learning only null-space component while fixing range-space part. Further, design a pooling-based decomposition (PD), universal range-null space for super-resolution tasks, which is...
