Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a debilitating systemic autoimmune disorder that significantly impairs quality of life. To elucidate the molecular alterations in RA progression, we performed comprehensive super-omics analyses on synovial tissues from patients with joint trauma, arthritis, and RA. These included transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, microbiomics, fourteen PTMs (phosphorylation, acetylation, lactylation, O-GlcNAc glycosylation, arginine monomethylation, lysine dimethylation,...

Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers among women, and early diagnosis crucial in reducing mortality rate. This study aims to identify novel, reliable, specific biomarkers for breast using 5-Hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) signatures circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA). We utilized sensitive 5hmC seal method map profiles cfDNA samples from 203 patients 60 healthy individuals. Machine learning models were applied marker with high sensitivity specificity. A global loss was observed...

Silk fibroin (SF)-based materials are characterized by their outstanding biocompatibility and biodegradability considered as the most promising candidates for next-generation flexible electronics. In order to generate such devices, SF can be mixed with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) which feature excellent mechanical, electrical, thermal properties. However, obtaining regenerated homogeneous dispersion of CNTs in a sustainable manner represents challenging task, mainly due difficulty overcoming van...

Glacier collapses can occur due to shear failure at the ice-rich debris–rock interface (IDRI). To examine behavior of IDRI, tests were conducted on artificial IDRI specimens with varying ice contents (40%, 65%, and 90%), normal stresses (150, 250, 350, 450, 550 kPa), temperatures (−1, −3, −5, −7, −9 °C). Our findings reveal that temperature has most significant impact both peak residual strength, followed by stress content. As increases from −1 °C, decreased 62.5%–78%. Notably, for lowest...

Triaxial cyclic loading-unloading experiments on red sandstones were carried out under 6 kinds of confining pressures the MTS 816 test system. Total energy density, elastic density and dissipated absorbed by rock specimens different obtained. Evolution process accumulation dissipation pressure effect distribution law analyzed, to reveal conversion mechanism from deformation failure. The equations in stress-strain stages established. results showed with rise pressure, characteristic increased...
