We find the secrecy capacity of 2-2-1 Gaussian MIMO wire-tap channel, which consists a transmitter and receiver with two antennas each, an eavesdropper single antenna. determine this channel by proposing achievable scheme then developing tight upper bound that meets proposed rate. show that, for signalling in form beam-forming is optimal, no pre-processing information necessary.
