Bioassays were conducted to determine the impact of mineral oil on mortality Myzus persicae (Sulzer) (Hemiptera: Aphididae). Three concentrations i.e., 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0% v/v used in studies. The results revealed that mean M. varied from 15 75%. stastically processed using one way analysis variance (ANOVA) Tukey post hoc test for multiple comparisons. This paper highlights effectiveness controlling persicae, by demonstrating its aphid movement, offering valuable insights pest management potato fields.

In light of growing global challenge posed by antimicrobial resistance, it is very important to explore alternatives that can target pathogenic microorganisms. One such strategy involves the use peptides (AMPs) and Stigmurin one AMP present in Brazilian scorpion Tityus stigmurus which possesses antimicrobial, antiproliferative antiparasitic activity. The study commenced with successful synthesis characterization its analogues, designated S1 S2. Studies on analogues have demonstrated exhibit...

We report here a sensitive method for the determination of absolute configurations primary amines using exciton-coupled circular dichroism (ECCD). The works on microgram scale by derivatization chiral with quinoline chromophores. Complexation ligands metal ion fixes geometry chromophores, resulting in twist that is governed asymmetric carbon configuration and steric environment amine. can be interpreted from couplets ECCD spectra derivatized complexes. Crystal structures, 2D NMR studies,...

Abstract A series of 30 small hybrid molecules are synthesized inspired from Combretastatin A‐4 (CA‐4), where ethylene‐bridge CA‐4 is replaced with two five‐membered heterocyclic rings, viz. isoxazoline and 1, 2, 3‐triazole. These joined by a methylene linker, substitutions at B – ring position CA‐4. The new molecular entities have shown significant cytotoxicity to cancer cell the IC 50 0.49 μM–3.17 μM...
