Abstract The moiré potential serves as a periodic quantum confinement for optically generated excitons, creating spatially ordered zero-dimensional systems. However, broad emission spectrum resulting from inhomogeneity among potentials hinders the investigation of their intrinsic properties. In this study, we demonstrated method optical observation coherence and interference single exciton in twisted semiconducting heterobilayer beyond diffraction limit light. We observed sharp...

A new diversity-oriented synthesis pathway for the fabrication of a pyrimidine-embedded polyheterocycles library was developed potential interactions with diverse biopolymers. Five different core skeletons were synthesized from ortho-alkynylpyrimidine carbaldehydes by silver- or iodine-mediated tandem cyclization strategy. The resulting possess fused ring sizes and positions functionalities further modification.

ConspectusProtein–protein interactions (PPIs) are essential in numerous biological processes and diseases, making them attractive yet challenging drug targets. While many advances have been made traditional discovery, targeting PPIs has difficult due to a lack of specialized chemical libraries designed modulate these interactions. Current mainly focus on conventional target proteins like enzymes or receptors as substrate analogs rather than small-molecule modulators PPIs. These targets...

A new divergent synthetic pathway for skeletally distinct pyrimidine-containing medium-sized azacycles was developed. Diversity-generating reactions via selective bond cleavages or migrations from N-quaternized intermediates were designed, and 14 discrete core skeletons synthesized in an efficient manner. The skeletal diversity of the resulting molecular frameworks confirmed by chemoinformatic analysis.
