1995-2009年に20歳未満で自家/同種造血幹細胞移植（HSCT）を受け，2年以上無治療で生存している患者に対して，標準化されたquality of life（QOL）尺度を用いて，全国的な横断的調査を施行した．研究参加群（解析対象）442例と研究不参加群（非解析対象）1186例の背景因子を比較したところ，解析対象群で同種骨髄/臍帯血例がやや多く自家末梢血例が少ない傾向があり，解析対象群では最近の移植例が多く，骨髄非破壊的前処置とGVHD予防としてタクロリムスが多い傾向が見られた．しかし解析対象群と非解析対象群において，性別や移植時年齢分布はほぼ同等で，移植対象原疾患の内訳にも差は認められず，生着不全や急性・慢性GVHDに関しても頻度・程度共に両群で有意差を認めなかったことから，本研究参加群の解析によって本邦の小児HSCT長期生存例のQOLを知ることが可能である．（UMIN9546）
