愛知県のシソ生産者に対するアンケート調査を行い，生産者の約９割がシソモザイク病を経験し，ほ場内の１割以上でモザイク病が発生したことがある生産者も約３割存在する等，シソモザイク病の発生実態を明らかにした。さらにアンケート結果の統計解析により，近隣に露地シソ類があると，有意に発病リスクが高まることを明らかにした。

近年高齢化に伴い転倒などによる非骨傷性頚髄損傷が増加しているとの報告が散見される。2006～2012年の6年間で, 受傷後2日以内に当院に入院し当科で治療に携わった頚椎頚髄損傷患者は167例で男性129例, 女性38例であった。平均年齢57.0歳, 男性56.9歳, 女性58.4歳, 60代にピークがあり, 一年平均24.0例であった。茨城西南広域消防本部内の発生頻度は神経症状を有する頚椎・頚髄損傷は32.0人／100万人／年であった。骨傷有が72例, 骨傷無95例であり, 受傷機転は交通事故38.9%, 転落28.7%, 転倒20.4%, その他12.0%であった。脊髄損傷は年間30～40／100万人でそのうち75%が頚髄損傷で, 20代と50代以降の2相性のピークがあり高齢者の骨傷のない不全麻痺例が増加傾向と報告されている。本調査では60代にピークがあり交通事故による受傷者数は減少傾向にあった。2011年3月11日に日本周辺における観測史上最大の地震である東日本大震災が発生し広範囲に甚大な被害が発生した。各年の受傷機転をみると2011年は転落受傷が14例45.2%と多く,...
