The refined instrumental variable method for continuous-time systems, abbreviated as the RIVC method, has been well accepted and used successfully years in many disciplines. This study fills up a theoretical gap by proving convergence property of method: under some mild assumptions, estimate from locally converges one iteration to true parameter asymptotic case. A numerical example is presented demonstrate method.

Introduction Critically ill patients are at risk of developing postintensive care syndrome (PICS), which is manifested by physical, psychological and cognitive impairment. Currently, there no programmes that combine early warning systems with interventions for PICS. We hypothesise a comprehensive model PICS based on an system would reduce medical costs the incidence Methods analysis The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) -Ward-Family/Community whole-course (IWF/C Care) trial will be unicentric,...

Background Recently, with the rapid development of perinatal medical system and related life-saving techniques, both short-term long-term prognoses extremely preterm infants (EPIs) have improved significantly. In rapidly industrialising countries like China, survival rates EPIs notably increased due to swift socioeconomic development. However, there is still a reasonably lower positive response towards treatment than we expected, current situation withdrawing care an urgent task for...

Background
Several studies have reported that the 6.7-kb LILRA3 deletion was associated with multiple sclerosis (MS) and SS in Caucasians [1-3]. However, whether also contributes to autoimmune susceptibility other ethnicityspecific population(s), variant is a novel genetic risk for diseases, e.g. SLE, has not been determined. We undertook current study investigate possible association between pSS or SLE Han population. Unexpectedly, we found non-deleted (functional) rather than...

Background
Biological disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) have been increasingly prescribed for RA in mainland China. Large scale epidemiological studies are needed to understand the treatment patterns and experience of bDMARD therapy
Objectives
To characterize Chinese patients routine clinical practice.
Methods
Fifteen hospitals participated this multi-center cross-sectional observational study. Consenting aged ≥18 years diagnosed with receiving...

Background: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo‐HSCT) is regarded as a curative therapy for the majority of malignant hematologic diseases. Only 25–35% recipients have an HLA‐identical sibling donor. For patients lacking donor, haploidentical donor HSCT (HID‐HSCT) alternative option. Patients who undergo are at high risk suffering from thromboembolism events (TEEs) due to conditioning regimen, immune‐modulatory drugs, graft versus host disease (GVHD) and prolonged...

Background: Haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo‐HSCT) has given rise to an increasing number of neurological complications that cause high morbidity and mortality. Our previous studies have characterized central nervous system (Ann Hematol, 2018), although the relatively rare peripheral neuropathies remain poorly understood. Apart from those with clear etiologies, such as treatment toxicity tumor infiltration, a small subset posttransplant known immune‐mediated...

Background: Recent studies have reported that the outcomes after haploidentical donor (HID) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) are comparable to those matched related (MRD) HSCT in hematological disease patients. Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS) is a rare but lethal complication with incidence of 8%∼14% and mortality rate higher than 80% for severe type SOS MRD HSCT. Although sufficient information available on HSCT, few systematically investigated HID Here, we...

Background: Hypomethylating agents (HMAs) are the preferred treatment for untreated patients (pts) with higher-risk MDS, but survival of pts after HMAs is poor. It has been demonstrated that PD-1/PD-L1 expression was upregulated by in MDS pts, providing a strong rationale combining PD-1 antibody treatment.
