目的检验成人心理弹性量表(Resilience Scale for Adults, RSA)在城市孕妇人群中的信效度。 方法以2016年6月至2017年8月期间在上海两所接产医院建大卡并愿意参加“上海亲子队列”的1 689名孕妇为研究对象, 孕16周左右填写RSA, 孕32~36周时填写焦虑和抑郁量表(SAS和CES-D)。在对RSA进行项目分析并探索量表结构的基础上, 对修订后的量表进行信效度检验。 结果经项目分析和探索性因子分析, 修订后的RSA保留22个条目, 含5个因子, 因子负荷在0.428~0.768, 累积方差解释率为52.493%。总量表的分半信度为0.798, 总量表及各因子的内部一致性系数为0.546~0.850。各因子分与总量表分高度相关, 相关系数为0.540~0.778;各因子间相关系数略低, 为0.171~0.590。修订后的量表总分与孕晚期焦虑、抑郁水平呈显著负相关。验证性因子分析发现, χ2/df值为6.783, GFI、CFI、IFI、AGFI值分别为0.919、0.881、0.881、0.897, RMSEA值为0.059。...

目的探索5-羟色胺1A(5-HT1A)受体激动剂8-OH-DPAT对青春期大鼠病理性攻击行为及对前额叶皮质、海马内脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)的影响。 方法出生后21 d的雄性SD大鼠42只随机分为6组(n=7):模型组、正常组、模型+药物组、模型+生理盐水(NS)组、正常+药物组、正常+NS组。模型组、模型+药物组及模型+NS组采用早年慢性应激建立病理性攻击模型,余3组正常饲养。建模成功后对模型+药物组、正常+药物组及模型+NS组、正常+NS组分别行2周的8-OH-DPAT(0.5 mg/kg)或生理盐水(2 mL/只)腹腔注射。用居住-入侵实验检测大鼠攻击行为,蛋白质印迹分析检测大鼠脑前额叶皮质及海马内BDNF、GDNF蛋白表达水平。 结果与正常组比较,模型组攻击潜伏期缩短(P 结论前额叶皮质及海马内BDNF、GDNF可能与早年慢性应激所致青春期大鼠病理性攻击行为的发生有关。5-HT1A受体激动剂可上调前额叶皮质及海马内BDNF、GDNF的蛋白表达,并在一定程度上减轻早年慢性应激所致青春期大鼠病理性攻击行为。
