In South Korea, tuberculosis (TB) is still prevalent, but its incidence has been decreasing.On the other hand, and prevalence of Crohn's disease (CD) increasing as in many Asian countries.In this paper, we demonstrated inverse trends misdiagnosis rates between CD intestinal TB (ITB) over last two decades.That is, cases misdiagnosed initially ITB have decreasing, whereas increasing.More attention needed for correct diagnosis or ITB, which could improve patients' outcomes with proper management.
