FREQUENCY (FRQ) is the central component of Neurospora circadian clock. All FRQ proteins form FFC complex with FRH (FRQ-interacting RNA helicase) that acts as negative element in feedback loop by repressing frq mRNA levels. To understand function FRQ-FRH interaction, we mapped and identified minimal region required for interaction. We demonstrated formation interaction between White Collar Complex (WCC) clock function. On other hand, complex, also FRH-WCC Disruption or down-regulation...

Circadian clocks are evolved to adapt the daily environmental changes under different conditions. The ability maintain circadian clock functions in response various stresses and perturbations is important for organismal fitness. Here, we show that nutrient-sensing GCN2 signaling pathway required robust function amino acid starvation Neurospora . deletion of components disrupts rhythmic transcription gene frq by suppressing WC complex binding at promoter due its reduced histone H3 acetylation...

Circadian clocks drive a large array of physiological and behavioral activities. At the molecular level, circadian are composed positive negative elements that form core oscillators generating basic rhythms. Over course period, proteins undergo progressive hyperphosphorylation eventually degrade, their stability is finely controlled by complex post-translational pathways, including protein modifications, genetic codon preference, protein–protein interactions, chaperon-dependent conformation...

<i>Objectives:</i> Previous data has reported similarity between human brain and testis gene expression patterns. Brain is the most important tissue in speciation. Hence, it means that could also play a crucial role speciation if these two tissues exhibit similar However, previous reports were based on only limited scattered data. Determining large scale anatomy of patterns various draw more convincing conclusion, better our understanding correlation/inter-correlation among...

Many aspects of energy metabolism, including glucose and lipid homeostasis mitochondrial oxidative are under precise control by the mammalian circadian clock. However, molecular mechanism for coordinate integration clock various metabolic pathways is poorly understood. Here we show that BAF60a, a chromatin-remodeling complex subunit, rhythmically expressed in liver mice. Mice with liver-specific knockdown BAF60a abnormalities rhythmic expression pattern genes circulating metabolite profile....

In the present work, we reanalyzed data many tissues mouse for a large number genes almost covering respective whole genomes. The results indicated that both mouse, profiles exhibited by brain, cerebellum testis are most similar to each other compared with tissues.

Most organisms on Earth possess circadian rhythms in their physiology and behaviors that allow them to resonate with the cycling environment over a 24-h period. However, human society, substantial quantity of jobs requires non–24-h working rest or shift schedules, which causes more less misalignment disorders as consequence. In this work, we conducted sleep deprivation (SD) schedule (8 h 4 off) experiment 10 d total measured changes series physiologic cognitive parameters. The results show...
