Ni(OH)2 nanoplates were successfully synthesized and in situ assembled on reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanosheets by a simple one-pot method. This RGO-Ni(OH)2 nanocomposite was characterized transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), powder diffraction (XRD), Raman photoelectron (XPS). TEM images showed that the composite round leaf-shaped with diameter of about 150 nm RGO nanosheets. EDX, XRD, XPS characterization proved constituent parts RGO....

Guard cells, which form stoma in leaf epidermis, sense and integrate environmental signals to modulate stomatal aperture response diverse conditions. Under drought stress, plants synthesize abscisic acid (ABA), turn induces a rapid closing of stoma, prevent water loss by transpiration. However, many aspects the molecular mechanism for ABA-mediated closure are still not understood. Here, we report novel negative regulator guard cell ABA signaling, DOR, Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). The...

Heterotrimeric G proteins are an important group of signaling molecules found in eukaryotes. They function with G-protein-coupled-receptors (GPCRs) to transduce various signals such as steroid hormones animals. Nevertheless, their functions plants not well-defined. Previous studies suggested that the heterotrimeric protein α subunit known D1/RGA1 rice is involved a phytohormone gibberellin-mediated pathway. Evidence also implicates D1 action second Brassinosteroid (BR) and its However, it...

Abstract Electrochemical reduction and electrodeposition are two effective methods for the preparation of new nanomaterials electrochemical sensing. In this work, reduced graphene oxide‐nickel nanoparticles composite (RGO‐NiNPs) was synthesized using both mentioned above. The fabrication process simple easily performed. Then, RGO‐NiNPs characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD. Furthermore, strong catalytic ability high‐valent oxyhydroxide species (NiOOH) formed in alkaline media, used as matrix...

The construction of ultrathin porous membranes with stable structures is critical for achieving efficient gas separation. Inspired by the binary-cooperative structural features bones and teeth-composed rigid hydroxyapatite flexible collagen, which confer excellent mechanical strength-a membrane constructed gel-state zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (g-ZIFs), synthesized using a metal-gel-induced strategy, proposed. enlarged cavity size g-ZIF nanoparticles significantly improve adsorption...

An amperometric biosensor based on zinc oxide (ZnO) nanotetrapods was designed to detect L-lactic acid. The lactate oxidase immobilized the surface of ZnO by electrostatic adsorption. Unlike traditional detectors, special four-leg individual nanostructure, as an adsorption layer, provides multiterminal charge transfer channels. Furthermore, a large amount tetrapods are randomly stacked form three-dimensional network naturally that facilitates exchange electrons and ions in phosphate buffer...

More than 80% of the wheat genome consists transposable elements (TEs), which act as major drivers evolution. However, their contributions to regulatory evolution adaptations remain largely unclear. Here, we created genome-binding maps for 53 transcription factors (TFs) underlying environmental responses by leveraging DAP-seq in Triticum urartu, together with epigenomic profiles. Most TF binding sites (TFBSs) located distally from genes are embedded TEs, whose functional relevance is...

In this paper, a multiscale boundary condition for the discrete unified gas kinetic scheme (DUGKS) is developed flows in all flow regimes. Based on Maxwell (DMBC), study addresses limitations of original DMBC used DUGKS. Specifically, it found that produces spurious velocity slip and temperature jump, which are proportional to mesh size momentum accommodation coefficient. The proposed implemented by ensuring reflected distribution function excludes collision effects. Theoretical analyses...
