The electronic structure characteristics of Pt1-, Pt2-, Pt3- and Pd1-doped graphene were investigated by first-principles calculations based on density functional theory (the subscript represents the number dopant atoms). It is found that either Pt or Pd atom can improve conductivity graphene, while stability doping better than Pd. also improved increasing concentration. In this work, a silicon nanopillar array was created with nanosphere lithography. SnO2 film deposited on nanostructure by magnetron sputtering to form an SnO2/silicon sensor.
