Fast spin-flipping is the key to exploit triplet excitons in thermally activated delayed fluorescence based organic light-emitting diodes toward high efficiency, low efficiency roll-off and long operating lifetime. In common donor-acceptor type molecules, distribution of dihedral angles film state would have significant influence on photo-physical properties, which are usually neglected by researches. Herein, we find that excited lifetimes emitters subjected conformation distributions...
The unipolar resistive switches are investigated in silicon highly rich SiOx (x < 0.75) films. as-deposited SiO0.73 films contain high concentration (1.0 × 1019 cm−3) of dangling bonds (Si-DBs) and SiO2≡Si–Si O3≡Si–Si configurations. Unlike the currently reported normal silicon-rich > 1.8) based devices, our Pt/SiO0.73/Pt devices operate at lower voltage regime (<2.0 V) exhibit much resistance (∼30 Ω). reset (∼0.7 is than set (∼1.7 performance reduced vacuum environment....
Up to now, the most efficient blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode (PhOLED) was achieved with a maximum external quantum efficiency (ηext) of 34.1% by using an exciplex cohost. It still remains challenge obtain such high efficiencies single-host matrix. In this work, highly sky-blue PhOLED is successfully fabricated newly developed bipolar host material, namely 5-(2-(9H-[3,9′-bicarbazol]-9-yl)phenyl)nicotinonitrile (o-PyCNBCz), which realizes ηext 29.4% at practical luminance 100...
Abstract Generally, the charge transfer character of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials results in a long excitonic lifetime and broad‐band emission. With combination unity exciton utilization TADF material high radiative rate narrow‐band emission conventional (CF) dopant, hyperfluorescence organic light‐emitting diodes (HF‐OLEDs) attract extensive attention industry academia recently. Till now, Dexter energy (DET) from triplet state assistant host to dark CF guest is...
The efficient host materials containing carbazole moieties linked to the backbone of polysiloxane through a phenyl bridge have been synthesized and characterized. They exhibit good film forming ability, high thermal decomposition temperatures suitable glass transition temperatures, so as form stable amorphous states. Moreover, silicon–oxygen linkage disrupts their conjugation results in sufficiently triplet energy level (3.0 eV). Iridium bis(4,6-difluorophenyl)pyridinato-N,C2 picolinate...
We discover the transition phenomenon of two kinds different resistive switching behaviors in SiOx based Pt/SiOx/Pt devices with x component. When < 0.80, forming/set operations need a current compliance and reset voltage Vreset is lower than set Vset. However, when > 0.95, do not higher use silicon dangling bonds (Si-DBs) percolation model to explain dependent phenomenon. The microstructural transitions tetrahedral Si-O configurations related Si-DBs as-deposited films hopping...
Abstract Blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters that can simultaneously achieve high efficiency in doped and nondoped organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) are rarely reported. Reported here is a strategy using tri‐spiral donor for such versatile blue TADF emitters. Impressively, by simply extending the nonconjugated fragment molecular length, aggregation‐caused emission quenching (ACQ) be greatly alleviated to as 90 % horizontal orientation dipole ratio external...
The structure of the layered rocks is characterized by oriented bedding planes, resulting in transverse isotropy deformation and strength. An elastoplastic constitutive model was proposed for transversely isotropic (TI) rock this study. In model, generalized Hooke's law adopted elastic behavior. For plastic behavior, yield criterion potential are formulated as functions octahedral shear stress first invariant tensor. A nonassociated flow rule a stress-dependent hardening were model. can be...
We reported a high on/off ratio organic resistive switching memory (ORSM) based on carbazolyl dicyanobenzene and the poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) composite. Two molecules, which were 2,4,5,6-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-1,3-dicyanobenzene (4CzIPN) 4,5-bis(carbazol-9-yl)-1,2-dicyanobenzene (2CzPN), selected due to their low mobility enormous steric hindrance. The ORSM exhibited non-volatile bipolar properties with of exceeding 105, retention time more than 5 × 104 s, enduring ability 150 times,...
Benefitting from the concurrent intramolecular TBCT and TSCT of ortho -linked TADF materials, high k F RISC are achieved simultaneously devices using o -DCz-TRZ BN-DMAc as emitters EQEs 20.3% 24.2%.
To overcome the memory wall based on von Neumann architecture, in-memory computing has been intensively studied as a potential solution. Recently, an alternative type of spintronic material, namely, bipolar magnetic semiconductors (BMSs), attracted much attention because its opposite spin-polarized valence and conduction bands, which have thus facilitated electrically tunable spin transport. Here, we propose logic-in-memory device with traditional field-effect-transistor (FET) configuration...
We present the low temperature testing of an SCD detector, investigating its performance such as readout noise, energy resolution at 5.9 keV and dark current. The SCD's is closely related to temperature, range −80 °C −50 best choice, where FWHM about 130 eV. influence neutron irradiation from electrostatic accelerator with fluence up 1 × 109 cm−2 has been examined. find not vulnerable irradiation. detailed operations test results are reported, discussed.
A set of top‐emitting OLED with wide‐color gamut and high‐efficiency were successfully fabricated by using 3‐stacked B/RG/B tandem structure color filter. Optimization MgAg Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO) composite made the devices IZO served as capping layer almost identical to conventional organic layer. On whole, they exhibited 90% coverage ultra‐high definition display standard BT.2020, while maintaining high efficiency red 15.5 cd/A, green 26.6 blue 3.5 cd/A. The impressive properties make them...
Sequential recommender system (SRS) predicts the next items that users may prefer based on user historical interaction sequences. Inspired by rise of large language models (LLMs) in various AI applications, there is a surge work LLM-based SRS. Despite their attractive performance, existing SRS still exhibit some limitations, including neglecting intra-item relations, ignoring long-term collaborative knowledge and using inflexible architecture designs for adaption. To alleviate these issues,...
