Analysis of the chemical composition gallstones is vital for etiopathogenesis gallstone diseases that can ultimately help in prevention its formation. In present study, from seven different regions India were analyzed to highlight major difference their composition. Also, pathological conditions i.e., benign (chronic cholecystitis, CC) and malignant gallbladder disease (gallbladder cancer GBC) characterized. The type polymorphs cholesterol molecules was also studied provide insight into...

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is associated with high mortality rates, which are further exacerbated when accompanied by acute kidney injury (AKI). Presently, there a lack of comprehensive studies thoroughly elucidating the metabolic dysregulation in ARDS patients AKI leading to poor outcomes. We hypothesized that metabolomics can be potent tool highlight differences profile unraveling unidentified pathophysiological mechanisms and without AKI.

Aim To assess the diagnostic role of endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) guided transbronchial fine needle aspiration (TBNA) cytology, in investigation mediastinal lymphadenopathy and masses, with emphasis on pathology, criteria for adequacy, use liquid based cytology (LBC). Methods In January 2008, EBUS TBNA was introduced staging lung cancers unexplained masses. Initially, material processed conventionally. May laboratory procured Cytyc T2000. Results 250 specimens (229 patients) were included...

Metabolomics is emerging as a significant approach to reflect the individual's response pathophysiological conditions. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has evolved tool identify metabolic dysregulations in critically ill patients afflicted with conditions like acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), severe pancreatitis (SAP), kidney injury (AKI), and sepsis. The spectral data from serum sample of study control group are recorded using an 800 MHz NMR spectrometer processed...

Diagnosis and management of patients with septic shock is still a significant challenge for clinicians its high mortality amongst hospitalized patients. Septic heterogeneous condition usually accompanied by various underlying disease conditions. Dissecting the specific metabolic changes induced these conditions through metabolomics has shown potential to improve our understanding disease's relevant pathophysiological mechanisms, leading improved treatment. This study alterations caused due...

Bone is a living tissue made up of organic proteins, inorganic minerals, and water. The component bone (mainly Type-I collagen) provides flexibility tensile strength. Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (ssNMR) one the few techniques that can provide atomic-level structural insights such biomaterials in their native state. In present article, we employed variable contact time cross-polarization (1 H-13 C CP) kinetics experiments to study hydration-dependent changes extracellular matrix...

Gallstone disease is a ecting major population and emerging as prevalent health problem all over the world.Gallbladder cancer (GBC) often associated with gallstones. The mechanism involved in formation of di erent types gallstones not completely understood.Several factors are reported to be linked variation stones conditions such chronic cholecystitis gallbladder cancer. The pathogenesis gallstone quite complicated still remains elusive.Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tool that may useful for...
