Objective: This study investigated the efficacy of comprehensive management and predictable inflammatory markers for idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (iRPF)-related hydronephrosis outcomes. Methods: Patients with iRPF-related underwent surgical (ureteral stent and/or nephrostomy tube placement) medical (corticosteroid-based multiple immunosuppressants) were classified according to stent-indwelling Univariate analysis clinical profiles was conducted screen possible predictors remission....

Plant casein kinase II (CKII) plays an essential role in regulating plant growth and development, responses to biotic abiotic stresses. Here, we report the identification characterization of CKII family genes Musa spp. cv. ‘Tianbaojiao’ (AAA group) wild banana (Musa itinerans). The 13 cDNA sequences members were identified both banana, respectively. differences between α β are corroborated through subcellular localizations, phosphorylation sites gene structures. cloning β-like-2 gDNA...

Immunoglobulin 4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is known for its potential to affect nearly every organ, particularly a preference large and middle-sized arteries when vascular involvement occurs. However, instances of splenic artery aneurysms are exceedingly rare with only two cases reported in the literature. We have summarised clinical manifestations laboratory characteristics three patients we along previously reported. It noteworthy that all five had salivary glands one patient other...

4-coumaric acid coenzyme A ligase (4CL) plays an important role in plant growth, development and resistance. Based on the Musa acuminata (A genome) genome database, we performed genome-wide identification evolutionary analysis of 4CL gene family. The results showed that there were 20 members 4CL, amino acids encoded ranged from 160 to 700, all which hydrophobic proteins. All family had no signal peptide, phosphorylation sites 10 60. The genes uniformly distributed disordered chromosomes....

Serendipita indica (S. indica) is an endophytic root fungus that sustains the growth and enhances tolerance of plants to biotic abiotic stresses. However, little known on symbiosis mediated high temperature stress (HT) regulated at microRNAs (miRNAs) level. In this study, we have elucidated impact miRNAs in regulating S. indica-mediated heat leaves 'Tianbao' banana (Musa acuminata cv.). The small RNA (sRNA) sequence analysis inoculated exposed HT 45°C established a set 278 differentially...
