Abstract Coffee is an important beverage that widely consumed, of which caffeine the main active ingredient. However, long‐term relationship between consumption and mortality in hypertensive patients has rarely been studied. This study analyzed a cohort 12,093 US adults from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey 1999 to 2018. Caffeine was divided into five groups: no intake, >0 ≤100, >100 ≤300, >300 ≤400 >400 mg/day. Using multivariable‐adjusted Cox proportional hazards...

Abstract Due to the emergence of graph convolutional networks (GCNs), skeleton-based action recognition has achieved remarkable results. However, current models for analysis treat skeleton sequences as a series graphs, aggregating features entire sequence by alternately extracting spatial and temporal features, i.e., using 2D (spatial features) plus 1D (temporal approach feature extraction. This undoubtedly overlooks complex spatiotemporal fusion relationships between joints during motion,...

Multiple renal lesions, which showed clearly demarcated low densities on contrast-enhanced CT, were revealed in a 56-year-old woman. The 18F-FDG avidity of the lesions was equal to or mildly higher than that cortex routine PET/CT scan, but significantly delayed scan. IgG4-related disease with involvement confirmed subsequently by measurement serous IgG4 and pathology lesion.

Abstract A large mass in the abdomen was revealed by ultrasonography on a 68-year-old woman presenting with abdominal pain and weight loss. To exclude malignancy, an 18 F-FDG PET/CT performed, which showed solitary soft tissue heterogeneous avidity at root of small bowel mesentery. Because elevation inflammatory markers serum IgG4 level, IgG4-related sclerosing mesenteritis suspected, proved subsequent biopsy. The gradually shrunk ultimately disappeared 6 months after low-dose steroid therapy.

Malignant mediastinal yolk sac tumor (YST), especially adult onset, is rare. Herein, we report a case of occult YST with α-fetoprotein production revealed by F-FDG PET/CT in young adult, which the intense tracer uptake was demonstrated anterior mediastinum. This indicates may be useful tool for detecting primaries YST.

While NMIBC may be cured transurethral resection +/- intravesical therapies, approximately 20% develop progression to muscle-invasive (MIBC) which requires life-altering treatments such as cystectomy and has a high risk lethal metastatic recurrence.
