In patients with coronary artery disease, some guidelines recommend initial statin treatment high-intensity statins to achieve at least a 50% reduction in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). An alternative approach is begin moderate-intensity and titrate specific LDL-C goal. Abstract LILRB1 is an inhibitory receptor found on various immune cells, including T B NK and monocytes. It interacts with multiple ligands, HLA class I molecules, the highest affinity for HLA-G, induces signals that allow cancer cells to escape immunosurveillance, impeding clearance from such as macrophages. This effect in tumor microenvironment may lead disease progression, metastasis, poor clinical outcomes. For this reason, blockade of LILRB1/HLA-G interaction could be a novel...

<title>Abstract</title> Background Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is characterized by irreversible localized dilatation of the abdominal aorta. It poses a significant health risk. As AAA size tends to increase over time, there heightened risk rupture, resulting in substantially high mortality rate. Although screening programs targeting specific demographics are available, room for improvement terms inclusivity and cost-effectiveness. This study aimed develop predictive model occurrence...

Background The American Gastroenterological Association and European for the Study of Liver recommend that hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)–negative core antibody (anti-HBc)–positive patients who receive immunosuppression should be monitored virus (HBV) infection regardless (anti-HBs) status. However, anti-HBs may provide protection against infection. To investigate whether presence in addition to anti-HBc confers protection, we classified HBsAg(−) kidney transplantation (KT) into 4...

Rituximab is widely used in kidney transplantation. However, it not clear whether the conventional doses of maintenance immunosuppressant rituximab-treated transplantation (KT) are appropriate. In our previous study, decreasing mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) dose due to infection did increase incidence rejection or graft failure. Based on these experiences, we developed a new protocol with lower MMF and studied its clinical outcomes KT.We enrolled all patients who underwent ABO-incompatible...
