We compared the transcriptome, proteome, and nucleotide sequences between parent strain Escherichia coli W3110 L-threonine-overproducing mutant E. TF5015. DNA macroarrays were used to measure mRNA levels for all of genes coli, two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was compare protein levels. It observed that only 54 4,290 (1.3%) exhibited differential expression profiles. Typically, such as aceA, aceB, icdA, gltA, glnA, leu operon, proA, thrA, thrC, yigJ, which are involved in glyoxylate...

An efficient and straightforward method for radiolabeling nanoparticles is urgently needed to understand the in vivo biodistribution of nanoparticles. Herein, we investigated a facile highly strategy prepare radiolabeled glycol chitosan with 64Cu via strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition strategy, which often referred as click chemistry. First, azide (N3) group, allows preparation by copper-free chemistry, was incorporated (CNPs). Second, strained cyclooctyne derivative, dibenzyl (DBCO)...

A bio-inspired approach for detoxification of water has been investigated. In this approach, three major classes toxic agents, heavy-metal ions (Cr, Hg, Pb, Cu, and Cd), organic species (4-aminopyridine), a radioisotope (Lutetium-177) were effectively removed from contaminated by polydopamine, mussel-inspired adhesive catecholamine (see figure). addition, polydopamine filter was easily regenerated treatment with acid or hydrogen peroxide. Detailed facts importance to specialist readers are...

Imaging techniques including computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and positron emission tomography (PET) offer many potential benefits to diagnosis treatment of cancers. Each method has its own strong weak points. Therefore, multimodal imaging have been highlighted as an alternative for overcoming the limitations each respective method. In this study, we fabricated PET/optical activatable probe based on glycol chitosan nanoparticles (CNPs) imaging. To prepare dual probes CNPs,...

Abstract Recent evidence suggests that tau aggregates are not only neurotoxic, but also propagate in neurons acting as a seed for native aggregation. Prion-like transmission is now considered an important pathogenic mechanism driving the progression of pathology brain. However, prion-like species have been clearly characterized. To identify infectious conformers, here we prepared diverse and evaluated effect on inducing intracellular tau-aggregation. Among tested, dimer containing...
