나이관련황반변성에 의한 맥락막혈관신생에서 유리체내 베바시주맙 주입술의 장기효과 김용환․김응석․유승영․곽형우 경희대학교 의과대학 안과학교실 목적: 반복주입의 효과와 안전성에 대해 알아보았다.대상과 방법: 반복주입을 받은 환자 중 12개월간 경과관찰이 가능했던 14명 14안을 대상으로 시력호전의 정도, 중심황반두께의 변화에 알아보았다.유리체내 주 사는 1.25 mg을 6주 간격으로 3회 시행 후 치료자의 판단으로 추가주입을 시행하였다.결과: 시력은 평균 1.13±0.47에서0.73±0.44로평균 4.0줄이 호전되었다.중심황반두께는 240.3±123.8µm에서 125.5±39.4µm로 114.8 µm 감소하였다.시력은 12주째부터 통계적으로 유의하게 호전되어 12개월 까지 유지되었고 중심황반두께는 6주째부터 의미 있게 12개월까지 유지되었다.12개월 동안 4회의 치 료로 7개월째 최고 4.4줄의 시력호전을 보였고 12개월에는 4.0줄의
