Three new fukiic acid esters, cimicifugic acids A (1), B (2), and C (3), were isolated along with fukinolic (4), (5), caffeic (6), ferulic (7), isoferulic (8), 3, 4-dimethoxycinnamic (9) p-coumaric (10) from Cimicifuga simplex. Their structures identified as 2-feruloyl, 2-isoferuloyl, 2-p-coumaroyl (1-3) on the basis of spectroscopic chemical data.
