In this work, a sensitive electrochemiluminescent assay of mucin 1 (MUC1) was developed with the advantages target recycling amplification strategy and effective MoS2 nanoflower (MoS2 NF)-based signal probe. Briefly, MUC1 triggered enzyme-free double-output process executed to acquire masses single-stranded DNA as mimic target, which further participated in catalytic hairpin assembly for amplification. Meanwhile, NFs were prepared an co-reaction accelerator, not only possessed excellent...

Histone modifications are critical epigenetic indicators of chromatin state associated with gene expression. Although the reprogramming patterns H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 have been elucidated in mouse human preimplantation embryos, relationship between these marks zygotic genome activation (ZGA) remains poorly understood. By ultra-low-input native immunoprecipitation sequencing, we profiled global porcine oocytes vitro fertilized (IVF) embryos. We observed sharp peaks promoters ZGA genes oocytes,...

Pig cloning by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) frequently undergoes incomplete epigenetic remodeling during the maternal-to-zygotic transition, which leads to a significant embryonic loss before implantation. Here, we generated first genome-wide landscapes of histone methylation in pig SCNT embryos. Excessive H3K9me3 and H3K27me3, but not H3K4me3, were observed genomic regions with unfaithful genome activation donor-cell-specific gene silencing. A combination H3K9 demethylase KDM4A...

Ginseng holds high medicinal and cosmetic value, with stem leaf extracts garnering attention for their abundant bioactive ingredients. Meanwhile, fermentation can enhance the effectiveness of cosmetics. The aim this study was to optimize ginseng produce functional were fermented five different strains lactic acid bacteria. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a chronic condition of the digestive tract with limited therapeutic options. Bitter taste receptors (TAS2Rs) and transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1) are implicated in modulating inflammatory responses. Berberine (BBR) evodiamine (EVO) known to activate TAS2Rs TRPV1, respectively. However, whether BBR EVO can ameliorate GERD by targeting TRPV1 remains uncertain.

The protein inhibitor of the activated STAT2 (PIAS2) has been implicated in many cellular processes and can also regulate viral replication mammals. However, role PIAS2 highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAIV) H5N1 ducks is still unclear. Through liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) assay, we identified that duck (duPIAS2) was one interacted with nucleoprotein (NP) from HPAIV strain DK212. confocal microscopy images Co-IP confirmed NP could interact duPIAS2....

Response surfaces methodology was established in order to optimize ultrasound-assisted aqueous alkaline protease extraction parameters of Pinus koraiensis nuts oil (PNO) this short communication. On the yield, impacts single factors were studied. The solid-liquid ratio, enzyme concentration, hydrolysis temperature, and duration chosen for further optimization process utilizing a Box-Behnken design based on statistical significance analysis.
