Nilotinib is a Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia. There have been case reports of nilotinib-related vasculopathy. However, most cases present peripheral artery disease, whilst cerebrovascular disease are quite uncommon.
