Abstract With the rapid development of micro‐energy harvesting technology, noise has great potential as a new type source by developing high‐performance acoustic energy harvester (AEH). Nevertheless, challenges from are low density, multi‐frequency mixed sound, and unstable sound pressure. Piezoelectric‐based AEHs proposed solution, but most reported devices need to work at certain frequency very high pressure, exhibit disadvantages being bulky heavy when using an extra sound‐pressure...

Metal halide perovskite and its derivatives show great promise in X-ray detection. However, large-scale fabrication of high-quality thick films is still full challenges due to the complicated crystal nucleation process that always introduces lots cracks or pinholes final film. Here, a MA3Bi2I9 film was fabricated by cost-effective, scalable spraying process, MACl used as an additive effectively tune crystallization process. As result, dense constituted large grains obtained, which has high...

Objective . To evaluate the influence of screw‐tightening methods on immediate and long‐term stability dental implant screw joints. Methodology A total 150 implants three different systems with diameters were used in this study. Each group was divided into subgroups ( n = 5), according to tightening (A—tightening recommended torque retorque after 10 min; B—tightening torque, then loosening retorque; C—tightening only once). The operating time assemblies recorded. Ten minutes later, removal...

Abstract Fretting damage at the dental implant–abutment interface (IAI) is a critical factor of implant failure, and it has been investigated using fatigue cycle (FC) loading tests. For first time, we applied chewing (CC) onto IAI to simulate masticatory movements. It was found that more serious furrow wear induced by sliding forces present under CC loading. Furthermore, four types metal debris markedly higher torque loss rate were observed after undergoing both cyclic loadings. Such can...

Abstract Glass-fibre-reinforced polyetherketoneketone (PEKK-GF) shows great potential for application as a dental implant restoration material; however, its surface bioinertness and poor antibacterial properties limit integration with peri-implant soft tissue, which is critical in the long-term success of restoration. Herein, functional magnesium (Mg) silver (Ag) ions were introduced into PEKK-GF by plasma immersion ion implantation (PIII). Surface characterization confirmed that morphology...
