Abstract A detailed anatomical analysis of a large wind power spindle has revealed that the presence micron inclusions concentrated in core spindle, leading to fracture failure after quenching treatment. This study established chemical composition, metallographic structure, and grain size exhibited minimal variation along axial distribution resulting slightly influence on mechanical properties. Further studies showed primarily consisted Al 2 O 3 , TiN, MnS–Al composite inclusions. Using...

(E)-2-Hexenal is one of the most prevalent and abundant volatile substances in fruits. Many researchers have attempted fumigation with (E)-2-hexenal to control fungal diseases poor or no results; key inability maintain an effective concentration for a long time. Therefore, new starch-based antifungal coating microcapsules was prepared. The obtained results showed that microcapsule embedding rate reached 78.95% by orthogonal optimization experiments (E)-2-hexenal-based at reducing lesion...

In this study, the electrical performance and bias stability of InSnO/a-InGaZnO (ITO/a-IGZO) heterojunction thin-film transistors (TFTs) are investigated. Compared to a-IGZO TFTs, mobility (µFE) ITO/a-IGZO TFTs enhanced. The band alignment is analyzed by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). A conduction offset (∆EC) 0.5 eV observed in heterojunction, resulting electron accumulation formed potential well. Meanwhile, ∆EC can be modulated nitrogen doping ITO (ITON), which affect...

Multi-scale coherent structures have been observed in ocean currents, which are induced by the interaction of shear flows with different velocities. Understanding spatial configuration and scale characteristics will promote explanation physical phenomena. Considering self-similarity, we propose a correlation identification model for structure extraction three-dimensional visualization based on wavelet transform time-dependent intrinsic method. The distributions related to dissipation rate...

Chlorella vulgaris, as a unicellular photosynthetic autotrophic organism with fast growth rate, high protein content and reasonable amino acid compositions, is an ideal strategic source. In this study, maximum algal production efficiency bacterial were obtained when C. vulgaris Bacillus licheniformis inoculated at ratios of 1:0.25 1:0.33, respectively. B. co culture promoted increase in chlorophyll a, b, carotenoid, enhanced the expression related genes psaB, psbC, rbcL. According to results...

Aims Our objective was to demonstrate the influence of leaf size on transpiration and temperature in arid regions. Methods Based energy material exchange theory results previous studies, we set up a single model combined with environmental conditions. Important findings Leaf decreased increasing stomatal resistance, but increased. decreasing radiation absorption rate same Moreover, width wind speed were important parameters understanding exchange. generally 0.1 m·s –1 resistance about 1 000...

Mitochondrial respiratory oxidation is coupled with ATP synthesis. This coupling process can be broken by uncoupling protein (UCP), an integral membrane at mitochondrial inner membrane. Here, active rat UCP1 (rUCP1) was expressed in E. coli. Expression of rUCP1 lower host’s growth rate. Immuno-electron microscopy proved mainly located on Purified reconstituted into liposome and exhibited proton translocation activity. These results revealed eukaryotic could form prokaryotes enable us to...

The development of an effective drying method to extend the shelf life raw Chinese hickory (Carya cathayensis) is a major postharvest processing in nut industry. In this paper, effect seed size and temperature on hot air kinetics quality were detected. Our results reveal that greatly affects final equilibrium moisture content hickory. So, we predict larger must be dried at higher temperature. An Arrhenius-type relationship found between diffusivity (Deff) where activation energy 40.85...

Abstract Background and Aim Acute liver failure (ALF) is a fatal clinical syndrome of severe hepatic dysfunction. Chemokines promote diseases by recruiting activating immune cells. We aimed to investigate the role C–C chemokine ligand 25 (CCL25) in ALF. Methods An ALF mouse model induced D‐galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide was evaluated through hematoxylin eosin staining serum transaminase cytokine measurement. CCL25 expression analyzed ELISA immunohistochemical western blot. receptor 9...
