The drying characteristics of yam slices using heat pump-electrohydrodynamics (EHD) combined were studied under the conditions temperatures 50–60 °C, voltages 80–100 kV and wind speeds 1∼3 m/s. results show that compared with single pump drying, can effectively reduce temperature by approximately 5 °C.
