Phosphorus slag is a kind of industrial waste, which not only occupies the land but also causes potential harm to environment. In this paper, insulation board was prepared with phosphorus as main material. It concluded that best when ratio water material 0.3, for 50 wt%, quicklime/zeolite 0.52, cement 10 glass fiber 3 Na2SO4 0.5%, vesicant 0.8% and autoclave curing system 174.5°C 8 hours.
