With the development of nanotechnology, nanocomposites have been used as bimodal contrast agents for magnetic resonance (MR) and computed tomography (CT) imaging. We developed a facile method synthesis iron oxide@bismuth sulfide core-shell nanocomposites. These bifunctional can be made water-soluble via PEG coating present strong MRI/CT enhancement. Evaluation cytotoxicity by MTT assay shows that low cytotoxicity. The results illustrate great potential imaging MR/CT.
This study aimed to explore the value of native T1-mapping and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in differentiating pathological types degree tumor differentiation lung cancer their correlation with Ki-67 protein expression.A total 78 consecutive patients who received chest magnetic resonance (MRI) scans between May 2020 June 2021 were enrolled this study. Two radiologists independently analyzed apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) T1 values for each lesion. The intraclass (ICC) Bland-Altman...
Background: An outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has occurred worldwide. However, the small-airway in patients with COVID-19 not been explored. Aim: This study aimed to explore using inspiratory and expiratory chest high-resolution computed tomography (CT). Methods: multicenter included 108 COVID-19. The were classified into five stages (0-IV) based on CT images. clinical imaging data compared among images different stages. Patients divided three groups according time interval...
Background: There were approximately 30% of patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-activating mutations do not respond to EGFR- tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) (primary resistance). However, little is known about the molecular mechanism involved in primary resistance EGFR-TKIs EGFR-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) (B7-H1, CD274) an important immune co-signaling molecule from B7/CD28 family, it only negatively regulates T cell...
Abstract Objectives To validate a new nomogram based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for pre-operative prediction of Ki-67 expression in patients with intrahepatic mass cholangiocarcinoma (IMCC). Methods A total 78 clinicopathologically confirmed IMCC who underwent gadolinium-ethoxybenzyl-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid enhanced MRI between 2016 and 2022 were enrolled the training validation group (53 25 patients, respectively). Images including qualitative, quantitative features...
