Abstract The Holocene temperature conundrum, the discrepancy between proxy-based global cooling and simulated annual warming trends, remains controversial. Meanwhile, reconstructions simulations show inconsistent spatial patterns of terrestrial changes. Here we report alkenone records to address over mid-latitude Eurasia. In contrast with long-term trends in warm season temperatures northeastern China, from southwestern Siberia are characterized by colder conditions before ~6,000 years ago,...
Abstract Despite clearly documented in instrumental temperature records, the warming amplitude over current warm period (CWP) inferred from lacustrine archive is very limited. The potential role of meltwater pulses lake hydrology and their influence on water under anthropogenic remain poorly investigated. Here we present summarize records northern China to address effects last millennium. Our results show abrupt freshening muted CWP, which appears have also occurred along with climatic...
The luminal fluid microenvironment of the uterus is important for sperm capacitation and embryo development. In an attempt to understand possible role Na(+)/H(+) exchangers (NHEs) in uterine function, mRNAs different NHE isoforms as well their subcellular localization (apical versus basolateral) functional activity were investigated mouse endometrial epithelial cells using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), immunohistochemistry, intracellular pH (pH(i)) measurement...
The reconstruction of past climates and vegetation can provide valuable information for understanding the mechanisms variability East Asian summer monsoon in eastern China. In this study, organic geochemical evidence from compositions sedimentary leaf-wax stable isotopes n-alkane parameters investigates changes climate over last 1200 years Xiyaohu peatland, Jiangxi Province, southeast Combined with temperature records, three climatic periods are presented: (a) a warm humid period an increase...
Abstract Contrasting moisture evolutions between westerlies‐dominated Central Asia and monsoonal since the mid‐Holocene have been widely recognized. Yet, inconsistent hydrological records over early Holocene from both regions hamper our understanding of hydroclimatic changes associated mechanisms. Here we present isotopic biomarker (alkenone) three Chinese lakes located at to address a possible meltwater role in lake water budget. Our results show occurrence particularly depleted values with...
This study aimed to investigate cGMP‐regulated store‐operated Ca 2+ entry in human 7721 hepatoma cells. [Ca ] i was measured using Fura2/AM. After incubation of the cells with 4μm thapsigargin, evoked by application 1m m extracellular solution and blocked 3m Ni , indicating presence cell line. Application 8‐Br‐cGMP reduced 80%. These data demonstrated for first time that pathway is present cells, which regulated cGMP.
The East Asia summer monsoon variability and changes in monsoonal rainfall are critical for hydrology ecology conditions water-stressed regions of northern China. Due to complex interactions westerlies circulation, hydroclimatic at the boundary between two circulation systems, commonly defined as 300 mm annual line, remain poorly understood. Here we report alkenone records (UK'37, %C37:4, RIK37) from Lake Eastern Juyanze China assess temperature hydrological marginal region over last...
<p>Holocene moisture evolution in the arid Central Asia region, dominated by westerly circulation system, has been shown to be drastic contrast with that Asian monsoonal regions. Yet, water isotope records, including stalagmite oxygen isotopes and terrestrial long-chain n-alkane/acid hydrogen isotopes, show many common features two Here we present several new isotopic records from region examine differences various archives/media, together existing both Isotopic more reflecting...
Russia is now an international cooperative partner of China with extremely strategic significance. Its architectural complexes featured in distinctive Eastern Europe characteristics have been welcomed domestic architecture field. Therefore, it quite meaningful to deeply study European style and construction technologies. In this paper, the project Shenzhen MSU-BIT University was taken for instance introduce how BIM technologies were used solve management problems large-scale building complex...
