Abstract We evaluated the efficacy of efinaconazole 10% topical solution in long‐term use, for up to 72 weeks, onychomycosis, including severe cases. This paper proposes a network traffic simulation model for BACnet Web service (BACnet/WS) object access of building facility monitoring systems to evaluate the communication performance. The was verified by experiments using emulator. Abstract Both medallion‐like dermal dendrocyte hamartoma and fibroblastic connective tissue nevus are rare benign lesions composed of CD34‐positive spindle cells. We report a histologically and mycologically proven sinonasal mucormycosis case causing palatal necrosis in nondiabetic patient with renal failure. 発熱と多臓器障害を生じる薬疹で,薬剤中止後も症状は遷延し,ヒトヘルペスウイルス-6(HHV-6)の再活性化をともなうDIHSと呼ばれる重症薬疹が存在するが,いまだ広く知られている概念ではない.今回,トリクロロエチレン暴露後に発症したDIHSを経験した.現在も工場などで使用されていることがあり,今後も同様のケースが出てくる可能性が考えられる.特徴的な臨床経過より診断が可能であると考えられる.
