In this demonstration, we design the integration of WLAN-based RF transmission and multi-wavelength FSO transmission, achieving 20Gbps. For the first time to our knowledge, we have shown that subthreshold hump and reverse narrow channel effect characteristics depend on gate length, strength has a peak point at length where threshold voltage is highest.
