The cloud computing is the development of distributed computing, parallel and grid or defined as commercial implementation these computer science concepts. One fundamental issues in this environment related to task scheduling. Cloud scheduling an NP-hard optimization problem, many meta-heuristic algorithms have been proposed solve it. A good scheduler should adapt its strategy changing types tasks. This paper proposes a policy based on Load Balancing Ant Colony Optimization (LBACO)...

Human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (haMSCs) have shown efficacy in treating osteoarthritis (OA) both preclinically and clinically via intra-articular (IA) injection. However, understanding the mode of action cell therapy has been limited by tracking capability correlation between pharmacokinetics injected intended pharmacodynamics effect. This study aims to explore methodology understand vivo biodistribution clinical-grade haMSCs labeled with fluorescent dye into an immunocompetent...

Abstract Phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms is a microbial fertilizer with broad application potential. In this study, 7 endophytic phosphate solubilizing bacteria were screened out from Chinese fir, and characterized for plant growth-promoting traits. Based on morphological 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the endophytes distributed into 5 genera of which belong to Pseudomonas , Burkholderia Paraburkholderia Novosphingobium Ochrobactrum. HRP2, SSP2 JRP22 selected based their traits...

Locomotion mode identification is essential for the control of a robotic rehabilitation exoskeletons. This paper proposes an online support vector machine (SVM) optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) to identify different locomotion modes realize smooth and automatic transition. A PSO algorithm used obtain optimal parameters SVM better overall performance. We study the existence, uniqueness, and asymptotic stability of time periodic traveling wave solutions to a class advection–reaction–diffusion systems. Under certain conditions, we prove that there exists maximal speed c⁎ such for each c≤c⁎, is connecting two corresponding kinetic system. It shown unique modulo translation monotone with respect its co-moving frame coordinate. also show c≤c⁎ are asymptotically stable in sense. In addition, establish nonexistence waves c>c⁎.

Recent studies suggest that spatial heterogeneity plays an important role in the within-host infection of viruses such as HBV, HCV, and HIV. In this paper we propose a model viral dynamics on bounded domain which virus movement is described by nonlocal (convolution) diffusion operator. The generalization basic ODE has been extensively studied literature. We investigate principal eigenvalue perturbation operator show key similar to reproduction number when it comes determining dynamics....

Stargardt Disease (STGD) is the commonest genetic form of juvenile or early adult onset macular degeneration, which a genetically heterogeneous disease. Molecular diagnosis STGD remains challenge in significant proportion cases. To address this, seven patients from five putative families were recruited. We performed capture next generation sequencing (CNGS) probands and searched for potentially disease-causing variants previously identified retinal dystrophy genes. Seven mutations ABCA4 two...

Congenital cataract is one of the leading causes human blindness. In this study, we identified a novel, heterozygous c.385G<T mutation in CRYGC that resulted substitution highly conserved glycine by cysteine at codon 129 (p.Gly129Cys) three-generation Chinese family with autosomal dominant congenital nuclear sequencing candidate genes. Using zebrafish as model, demonstrated γC-crystallin p.Gly129Cys mutant caused vacuole and incomplete denucleation lens, recapitulating phenotype beings....
