The optimum method of defining cognitive impairment in virally suppressed people living with HIV is unknown. We evaluated the relationships between impairment, including using a novel multivariate (NMM), patient- reported outcome measures (PROMs), and neuroimaging markers brain structure across 3 cohorts.

Pulmonary function impairments are more common among people living with HIV (PLWH), as contributing risk behaviors. To understand the effects of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection independent behaviors, pulmonary was evaluated in lifestyle-comparable HIV-infected and -uninfected AGEhIV cohort participants. Prevalence obstructive lung disease 544 529 HIV-uninfected participants determined using spirometry. Logistic regression used to assess a determinant disease. Additional...

Abstract Background Little is known about the risk of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Omicron infection in people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV; PWH) vaccine-induced or hybrid immunity. We assessed incidence 209 AGEhIV disease 2019 substudy participants well-controlled HIV on antiretroviral therapy and 280 comparable controls, who had received at least primary vaccination series. Methods From September 2020 onward, were every 6 months for SARS-CoV-2...
