본 연구는 델파이 방법을 적용하여 종양의료진 대상의 예술심리치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 구성하는데 목적이 있다. 2020년 7월부터 12월까지 현재 종양학과 의료진과 예술 심리치료 관련 패널 20명에게 설문을 진행하였다. 1차 조사는 문헌고찰과 개방 형 질문을 구성하였고, 2차와 3차 델파이를 통해 문항 구성과 각 문항에 대한 내용타당도비율, 수렴도 및 합의도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 3개 영역, 17개의 항목이 최종 선정되었다. 첫째 영 역 ‘공감피로 완화 프로그램’은 전문가와의 상담, 동료와의 집단치료, 등 5개 항목, 둘째 영역 ‘효과성 평가’는 공감피로 측정, 스트레스 측정도구 7개 항목이었으며, 셋째 ‘운영 시 고려사항’은 필요성에 인식 향상, 사전교육 필요 항목이었다. 도출 된 문항의 평균 내용타당도비율은 .90, .21, 합의도 .89 로 유의미한 값을 보였다. 연 구를 종양의료진의 정신적인 업무 과중에 소진 관리 프로그램이 절실히 요구되나 근무...
