Folic acid (FA) and doxorubicin (DOX) are coupled separately onto Fe3O4@SiO2 polystyrene surfaces of a unique polystyrene/Fe3O4@SiO2 Janus structure. This super-paramagnetic, dual-functionalized nanocomposite enables effective tumor cell targeting internalization via the folate receptor, induces significant cancer death by controlled, stimulus-induced drug release under acidic conditions in endosomal compartments. As service to our authors readers, this journal provides supporting...

The Zhurong rover of the Tianwen-1 mission landed in southern Utopia Planitia, providing a unique window into evolutionary history Martian lowlands. During its first 110 sols, investigated and categorized surface targets igneous rocks, lithified duricrusts, cemented soils sands. analysed by using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy onboard Zhurong, show elevated water contents distinct compositions from those rocks. duricrusts are likely formed via vapor-frost cycling at atmosphere-soil...

Yutu-2 rover conducted an exciting expedition on the 41st lunar day to investigate a fin-shaped rock at Longji site (45.44°S, 177.56°E) by extending its locomotion margin perilous peaks. The varied encountered, especially multi-form wheel slippage, during journey target rock, established unique conditions for fin-grained regolith analysis regarding bearing, shear and lateral properties based terramechanics. Here, we show tri-aspect characterization of infer rock's origin using digital twin....

Abstract Radargrams obtained by the Yutu‐2 rover reveal that post‐mare deposits at Chang'E‐4 landing site are ∼45 m thick, consistent with estimations based on orbital observations. Besides obvious ejecta from Finsen, polarized interpretations exist whether or not Alder crater is another contributor to deposits, although predicted thicknesses of all potential source craters adequately large compared We recognize has been exploring along a shared wall two secondaries Finsen. A 208 W all-solid-state modulated-longitudinal-mode quasi-continuous-wave sodium guide star (SGS) laser was developed by sum-frequency of a 1064 nm and 1319 laser. The contained two spectral lines separated 1.72 GHz for re-pumping the atoms. To suppress absorption saturation effect atoms induced high light intensity, we used white noise generator to modulate single frequency seed in domain. line width 589 maximally broadened 0.74 compared initial ~0.30 GHz. bright SGS with photon return flux...

Protective effect of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on the lungs one‑lung ventilation (OLV) rat model and its inflammatory factors were investigated. Ninety‑two rats selected divided into groups A, B, C D (n=23) according to principle similar body weight. OLV was established. Before modeling (15 min), in group injected with sodium chloride. Rats DEX at a speed 5 µg/kg/h. Group A ventilated both for 2 h. B (0.9% chloride injection + OLV) (DEX subjected h bilateral 10 min. Concentrations interleukin...

Abstract Impact craters are the dominant features on Moon, and their degradation with time is most common geological process this body. This work aimed at detailed quantitative characterization of process. We quantitatively characterize crater materials by (1) topographic roughness calculated from Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (2) rock abundances nighttime soil temperatures derived Diviner measurements. In contrast to preceding works, we separately consider material subunits: central peaks,...

A unique approach with a hybrid master oscillator power amplifier configuration to obtain single-frequency, high-energy laser pulses at 1064 nm is presented. The setup consists of single-frequency seed laser, multistage fiber amplifier, and four-pass crystal rod amplifier. Pulse energy 10 mJ obtained the repetition rate 100 Hz. pulse width about 110 ns transform-limited linewidth 3.2 MHz. M2 factor output beam 1.5. A bstract We study two aspects of the physics heterotic Line Bundle Standard Models on smooth Calabi-Yau threefolds. First, we investigate to what degree modern moduli stabilization scenarios can affect standard model spectrum in such compactifications. Specifically, look at case where some complex structure are fixed by a choice hidden sector bundle. In this context, frequency with which system tends be forced point space cohomology groups determining jump dimension. Second, couplings, that...
