Abstract Background Global countries are suffering from a shortage of health professionals. Turnover intention is closely related to job satisfaction and burnout, making good use these relationships could alleviate the crisis. Our research aims examine mediating role in relationship between burnout turnover intention. Methods This was conducted Huangpi, China. The convenience sampling method self-administereded questionnaires were used. 1370 valid samples collected with 97.72% effective...

An Fe-catalyzed 2-deoxy glycosylation method was developed from 3,4-O-carbonate glycals directly at room temperature. This novel approach enabled facile access to alkyl and aryl glycosides in high yields with exclusive α-stereoselectivity, tolerating various alcohols, phenols, glycals. The synthetic utility advantage of this strategy have been demonstrated by the modification six natural products construction a tetrasaccharide.

Stereoselective construction of various O-glycosidic bonds was first achieved by different palladium sources using 3,4-O-carbonate galactal as the donor to reach yields up 95% under mild conditions. With Pd(II) catalyst coordination this glycal from β-face directed carbonate group, hard nucleophiles (aliphatic alcohols) gave β-glycosides and α-glycosides were obtained soft (phenols). In contrast, with Pd(0) coordinating due steric effect, both acceptors could only generate via...

An effective regiodivergent synthesis toward 1- and 3-thiosugars was achieved through palladium cobalt catalysis, respectively. β-1-Thiosugars were obtained from 3,4-O-carbonate-glycals various thiols catalyzed by Pd2(dba)3 in good yields with exclusive stereoselectivity chemoselectivity, while only (3S)-3-thiosugars generated via Co(BF4)2. Experiments DFT calculations supported the proposed mechanism that thiol moiety preferred to form a hydrogen bond C4-oxygen top-face Pd conditions but...

An open-air palladium-catalyzed O-glycosylation was developed using glycals and arylboronic acids with base additives at ambient conditions. The novel approach enabled facile access to various O-glycosides in high yields, exclusive 1,4-cis-stereoselectivity tolerating reactive hydroxyl/amino groups. Mechanistic studies indicated that chemo-/stereoselectivity arose from the coordination between palladium phenols generated situ by oxidizing acids, followed an intramolecular attack....
