In this work, novel CeCO3OH@C nanocomposites were prepared via a one-pot approach by hydrothermal carbonization of solution glucose as carbon precursor in the presence Ce(NO3)3·6H2O and urea. It was found that not only facilitates formation CeCO3OH nanoparticles, but also leads to uniform, glucose-derived, carbon-rich polysaccharide (GCP) overlayer on nanocomposites. By adjusting concentrations glucose, morphology samples transformed from spindle nanoparticles uniform spherical particles....

The canonical Wnt pathway plays an important role in embryonic development, adult tissue homeostasis, and cancer. Germline mutations of several components, such as Axin, APC, ß-catenin, can lead to oncogenesis. Inhibition the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) catalytic domain tankyrases (TNKS1 TNKS2) is known inhibit via increased stabilization Axin. In order explore consequences tankyrase inhibition preclinical models cancer its impact on normal tissue, we sought a small molecule inhibitor...

Bisphenol A (BPA) and its analogs are frequently detected in human daily necessities environmental media. Placental thyroid hormone plays an important role fetal development. Herein, we followed the adverse outcome pathway (AOP) to explore toxic mechanisms of BPA toward placental receptor (TR). First, TOX21 database was used, interactions between ligand-binding domains (LBDs) two subtypes TR (TRα TRβ) were subjected silico screening using molecular docking (MD) dynamics simulation (MDS)....

The Meiren yak is an important genetic resource in Gansu Province, China. In this study, we aimed to explore the evolutionary history and population structure of mine characteristic genes yak. We analysed a total 93 yaks eight breeds based on whole genome resequencing combined with genomics used θπ ratio Fst method screen selected sites region. results proved that can be as potential Province. positive selection signal analysis were subjected Gene ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes...

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitors have been used in clinical for the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer years. However, emergence drug resistance continues to be a major problem. To identify potential inhibitors, molecular docking-based virtual screening was conducted on ChemDiv and Enamine commercial databases using Glide program. After multi-step VS visual inspection, total 23 compounds with novel varied structures were selected, predicted ADMET properties within...

<title>Abstract</title> Flash drought (FD), characterized by its rapid onset and increasing frequency, has emerged as a significant threat to ecosystem stability functions. However, global consensus on how forests respond FD events remains elusive. Furthermore, the roles of characteristics (e.g., rate, peak stress, stress duration) forest management practices in mediating these responses have yet be fully explored. Here, we explore intact managed using newly produced high-resolution...

Prurigo nodularis is a highly pruritic and hyperplastic chronic dermatosis with unknown pathogenesis. Many pruritogenic mediators, including nerve growth factor, interleukin (IL)-31, thymic stromal lymphopoietin, endothelin-1, are implicated in itch inflammation. This study investigated the mRNA levels immunoreactivity of IL-31, endothelin axes both lesional perilesional skin prurigo by using quantitative real-time PCR immunohistochemistry studies. The factor high-affinity receptor tyrosine...

Lung cancer is the leading cause of death, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase domain mutations are a common non-small-cell lung (NSCLC), major subtype cancers. Patients harboring most these respond well to EGFR inhibitors Gefitinib Erlotinib initially, but soon develop resistance them due emergence gatekeeper mutation T790M. The new-generation such as AZD9291, HM61713, CO-1686 WZ4002 can overcome T790M through covalent binding Cys 797, ultimately lose their efficacy upon...
